She is in favor of <br /> requiring new owners to join the Association. <br /> At this point, the Chairman asked Mr. Thomas if he would <br /> reconsider his decision. He responded, "No" . <br /> Eric Milroy, Bog River Bend - Requested Mr. Thomas be <br /> required to provide a Bond, during construction, in order to <br /> maintain the roadways. He also requested the proposed new <br /> dwellings be set back with trees/buffer between the existing <br /> homes for privacy. <br /> The Chairman stated it is not within the jurisdiction of the <br /> Board to require a Bond in this matter. <br /> In response to a question asked by the public, both Mr. <br /> Costa and Mr. Thomas answered they were not going to clear cut <br /> the trees. <br /> Steve Dolan suggested Applicant provide a statement in <br /> writing that they will not clear cut the trees, and will provide <br /> a fifty-foot buffer. <br /> Ross Paasche made reference to a promise of open space area, <br /> residents had every confidence would never be built upon. <br /> Gerry DePal a confirmed he was shown an area of open space <br /> land/conservation lard prior to his purchase of the property; as <br /> well as a promise of Association tennis courts, pool, and spa <br /> areas. <br /> Mr. Thomas stated the original plan of land approved by the <br /> Planning Board shoves (future) roads cut through open space. He <br /> did not sell Mr. DePalma his property/did not build any houses <br /> in Child' s River Bast. <br /> Gerry DePalma requested the Board to reject the subdivision. <br /> Dorothy Carlson, Fern Gully Pass - Expressed her initial <br /> concern that a buffer of trees remain along her property line; <br /> feels satisfied that this concern has been addressed. <br /> _ _ <br />
