[upon receipt of the signed Open <br /> Space Deed, Town Counsel will proceed to have it recorded. <br /> The Chain recognized Mike Iadzeika, representing <br /> Applicant, who provided charts to the Board for their review, <br /> Phase IA, Phase IB, Phase 2, and Phase 3 as proposed. <br /> The number of units has been reduced by three ; the <br /> scare footage has been slightly increased; the number o <br /> proposed garages has been significantly increased 5 3 units, <br /> 53 garages) . <br /> Dennis Baizarini discovered a discrepancy in square footage <br /> calculations - pool and tennis court being 14, 500 square feet <br /> which has not been carried over throughout for consistency <br /> (totals) . <br /> Steve Dolan suggested calculation information be presented <br /> to the Board two-weeks prior to the meeting, if and when possible <br /> for Board review. adding this type of submission at the time of <br /> the meeting appears to be a tactic for presentation by the <br /> Applicant.. <br /> The Chairman reminded Applicant of a previous agreement <br /> whereby any information being presented to the Board would be <br /> made available at least one-week prior to the meeting for review. <br /> She further stated the information being presented is confusing, <br /> inconsistent, and feels it is unfair to expect the Board to <br /> review, compare, and follow these reports. <br /> -6- <br />
