The Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini, vice Chairman; <br /> Steve Dolan, Clerk; Beverly Kane, Chairman; Don Myers, Associate <br /> Member; and Richard Terry. <br /> Also present : Thomas Pudala., Town Planner; Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As 'the first order of business she addressed: <br /> Public Rearing <br /> Paul J. Thomas - Chrlstopher Costa <br /> Approval of 2-lot Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, the <br /> Mashpee Planning Board will hold a Pudic Nearing on Wednesday, <br /> July 17, 2002g 7: 00 pm at Mashpee Town dull, 16 Great Neck Roam <br /> Forth to consider a Definitive Subdivision Plan application by <br /> SWAB Realty Trust, Paul J. Thomas, Trustee, P.O. Box 2004, <br /> otuit, Massachusetts 02635 for a 2-lot subdivision of land <br /> between Bog River Bend and Turner Road ident-if ied on the Mashpee <br /> Assessors Maps as Map 7 , Block 14. This -Subdivision Plan is a <br /> resubmission of one filed on March 20, 2002 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Chris Costa who presented a► plan <br /> entitled, "Miller Para Road" "Definitive Plan of Land for Thomas, <br /> -lot Subdivision Plan, dated 1 02, Christopher Costa <br /> Associates. " <br /> M . Costa described the proposed project to be located in <br /> Mashpee,, Bog River Bend,, abutting Turner .Road, consisting of <br /> approximately 5 acres, 750 feet of roadway, 2-lots. Minimum lot <br /> size in the area is o, 00 each of the proposed lots being <br /> 115, 000 . <br /> Plans have been subnutted, said lots meet Town zoning <br /> requirements, as well as subdivision control . He appeared before <br /> the Board requesting approval of this proposed Subdivision Plan. <br /> The Chairman made reference to Planning Department Staff <br /> Notes, asking for their comment. <br /> Eric Smith stated no changes have been made to the Notes. <br />
