r <br /> The issue of an existing stump dump on the property has 'been <br /> praised by neighbors. upon inspection Nor. Smith did notice an <br /> area of debris which he presumes 'Will be removed upon project <br /> completion. <br /> Dennis Balzarini inquired as to Association/open Space land. <br /> He determined no houses are to be constructed along the roadway; <br /> there is to be open space on both sides. <br /> He also inquired as to the status of the tree stump dump.. <br /> Mr. Costa replied, "I knor of no tree stump dump. " <br /> Some interested members of the public were invited forward <br /> to review the plan being presented to the Board for <br /> consideration. <br /> The Chairman asked for comment from the Consulting Engineer. <br /> Based upon conversations with the Town Planner and Health Agent, <br /> he has requested the elevations of the cul-de-sac be raised, as <br /> well as direction for the emergency spillway in the drainage <br /> area, 'Which has been completed. <br /> He made reference to a minor detail on the plan, being the <br /> stone at the end of the drainage pipe. In- the event the Board <br /> approves this request, the minor correction/detail could be <br /> completed within the twenty-day appeal period, All comments made <br /> in the initial report have been taken care of to his <br /> Kati faction. <br /> Steve Bolan made reference to previous public comment <br /> regarding the existence of a stump dump. <br /> Mr. Costa addressed the Chair, asking "if in fact there is a <br /> sty dump whether r not i would be within. purview f the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> Bennis Balzarini stated it would be a building issue, <br /> however if there are sty materials located in the area of the <br /> proposed roadway, it would have to be taken care of prior to any <br /> road construction. <br /> The Chairman recognized the following speakers <br /> Gerry Be Palma, 60 Bogwood Bead Lot - Attested to the <br /> fact that stumps have been placed in the area of the proposed <br /> roadway and suggested that an inspection be made of the area in <br /> order to determine their condition. He stated stump Materials <br /> could be found on two, possibly three of the lots being proposed <br /> for construction. <br /> Paul Thomas, owner - Stated Mr. Rowley had been present for <br /> the- construction of all roadways and would never have allowed <br /> construction on improper conditions. <br /> � _ <br />
