Richard Terry suggested Petitioner make an attempt to locate <br /> tenant that would not generate a lot of traffic for review and <br /> consideration by the Selectmen, zoning Board, and Planning Board. <br /> The+ Town Planner commented a guarantee would be unlikely, <br /> a Special Permit would be allowed for low traffic impact from. the <br /> Planning Board (without the necessity of appearing before the <br /> Zoning Board) . <br /> There being no further Board or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a► motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Pal arini made a Motion to withhold <br /> recommendation of this Article; which Motion was seconded by <br /> Steve Dolan. <br /> voting in Favor: Beverly Kane, Dennis Bal ar i i, and Steve <br /> Dolan. <br /> Abstaining from the Note: Richard Terry. <br /> (This matter concluded at : 30 p.m. ) <br /> Article 22 <br /> An Article submitted by Petition which would convert two (2 <br /> existing . -2 Coffffnercial Districts to new C-3 "Limited Commercial" <br /> districts intended to allow commercial uses which would have less <br /> impact than development currently allowed in C-2 districts . The <br /> Article lists the uses that would be permitted, clarifies the <br /> types of commercial recreation and entertainment facilities <br /> allowed in Commercial Districts and provides that any permits <br /> required in the C-3 Districts which are in highly visible <br /> locations on Route 11 and Route 130 and in the Mashpee Center <br /> overlay District around Town Hall must be issued by the Planning <br /> Board: Specifies certain standards applicable to projects in the <br /> C-3 District and eliminates all references to the C-1-0 and <br /> o-1-Sv overlay Districts located near the Mashpee Rotary. <br /> Richard Terror stepped down from this issue in his capacity <br /> as Planning Board Member. <br /> In vier of the fact that this Article was originally written <br /> by the Town Planner and proposed by the Planning Board, Mr. <br /> Fuda l a made an a t t emp t to review and explain the Article. <br /> Change of date on zoning Map that is referred to in the By- <br /> law from May 1979 to October 2001 (as updated) . <br /> C-1-Sv and C-1}0 incentive zones to be eliminated from the • <br /> list of zoning districts. <br /> Attorney Michael Dunning requested a Point of order be <br /> - - <br />
