i <br /> I <br /> MOTI ON: Richard Terry made a Motion to approve signing of <br /> the A TR plan as proposed; which lotion was seconded by Dennis <br /> Bal zarini. <br /> {The vote was not taken on the Motion made and seconded at this <br /> point. ) <br /> The Town Planner suggested Applicant, upon completion of the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals process, return to the Planning Board <br /> with specific plans showing the exact location of access. <br /> Mr. Crocker responded by stating he has fulfilled all <br /> Town obligations in order to develop this panel of land; h <br /> is currently working to comply with State regulations. He <br /> expressed concern regarding additional expenses and time <br /> constraints in connection with this suggestion. <br /> Mr. Crocker explained he is unable to show the enact <br /> location of proposed access until such time as all necessary <br /> studies are completed and the State is satisfied. <br /> Applicant agreed to indicate on the plan a dimension of one <br /> hundred too ft.) feet, approximate location of access. <br /> References were made to the zoning By-law which requires <br /> two hundred o o ft . ) feet from the center line of the driveway <br /> to the sideline of the street. <br /> The Town Pia=er suggested Applicant complete the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals process -before finalizing and recording the <br /> plan. Applicant was reluctant to make charges thereby requiring <br /> additional Site Plan Review, zoning Board of Appeals, and State <br /> curb cut approvals . <br /> RENEWED MOTION: Richard Terry renewed his Motion to approve <br /> signing of the ANR Plan as proposed; which Motion was seconded b <br /> Dennis Balzarini. <br /> There being no further Board discussion, the Chairman called <br /> for the vote. <br /> Voting in favor: Richard Terror; Denis Balarini; and Steve <br /> Dolan. <br /> Opposed: Beverly Kane; and Don Myers, <br /> A1R Submission <br /> Anthony Shuman and Dorothy Kagan - Pickerel Cove Road <br /> The Chairman recognized John Slavinsky,, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing Applicant, who provided reprised Plan <br /> entitled, "Plan of Land located in Mas pee, MA, prepared for <br /> Anthony Shuman and Dorothy Cagan, Dated October 3, 2002, by <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. " - - <br />
