There being no further comments from the- Board or <br /> Public, the Chairman entertained a motion to continue the <br /> Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made -a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to December 18, 2002, at 7 : o <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Industrial Communications and Electronics, Inc. <br /> 54 Echo Road - Assessors Map 1 , Bloch 2 <br /> Approval of Special ,Perm'it Application for Construction of <br /> Wireless Communications Tower <br /> Filed Larch 15, 2002 - Continued from .November 2.0, 200 <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman opened <br /> the Public- Hearing in this matter. <br /> (While the Town Planner left the meeting room to <br /> retrieve a file in this matter, th.e Board had further <br /> discussion regarding the process at hand, Cape Cad <br /> Commission decision, flown Counsel opinion, and Planning <br /> Board responsibility with regard to these wireless <br /> communications tower projects being proposed. ) <br /> The- hairma.n recognized Attorney John Kenney, <br /> Centerville, MA, representing Industrial Communications and <br /> Electronics, Inc. who addressed the following issues : <br /> Documentation regarding the amount of the bond for <br /> removal, in the amount of $11, 340 . 00, representing 100 . <br /> s. Calabrese stated Applicant would be agreeable- to the <br /> Customary 150 . <br /> Letter - Public Health has been submitted explaining <br /> they no longer issue these letters at the State level . <br /> Change in fence, reduction of noise level in <br /> compliance with the By-law. Ms . Calabrese is prepared to <br /> submit a letter in this regard this evening. <br /> The Chairman recognized Tara Calabrese who explained <br /> said letter outlines the type of fencing required, solid <br /> wood, which would reduce the decibels by 10 which would <br /> place them at approximately 46 which is compliant. <br /> 2 <br />
