There being no further comments from the- Board or Public, the Chairman entertained a motion to continue the Hearing. MOTION: Steve Dolan made -a Motion to continue the Public Hearing in this matter to December 18, 2002, at 7 : o p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so voted unanimously. Public Hearing Industrial Communications and Electronics, Inc. 54 Echo Road - Assessors Map 1 , Bloch 2 Approval of Special ,Perm'it Application for Construction of Wireless Communications Tower Filed Larch 15, 2002 - Continued from .November 2.0, 200 The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman opened the Public- Hearing in this matter. (While the Town Planner left the meeting room to retrieve a file in this matter, th.e Board had further discussion regarding the process at hand, Cape Cad Commission decision, flown Counsel opinion, and Planning Board responsibility with regard to these wireless communications tower projects being proposed. ) The- hairma.n recognized Attorney John Kenney, Centerville, MA, representing Industrial Communications and Electronics, Inc. who addressed the following issues : Documentation regarding the amount of the bond for removal, in the amount of $11, 340 . 00, representing 100 . s. Calabrese stated Applicant would be agreeable- to the Customary 150 . Letter - Public Health has been submitted explaining they no longer issue these letters at the State level . Change in fence, reduction of noise level in compliance with the By-law. Ms . Calabrese is prepared to submit a letter in this regard this evening. The Chairman recognized Tara Calabrese who explained said letter outlines the type of fencing required, solid wood, which would reduce the decibels by 10 which would place them at approximately 46 which is compliant. 2
