He made specific reference to CLC Commercial <br /> Industrial Programs and Energy Star Homes. <br /> Ryan Christen erry suggested the Commonwealth Solar energy website as a <br /> resource as well, which offers state and federal ta.x incentives and rebate incentives for <br /> commercial installations. <br /> Thomas Mayo noted the MTC (Mass Technology Collaborative) websites are <br /> wealth of information including.green buildings and renewable energy. He also provided <br /> information regarding"`Conservation Law Foundation Summary of S.2768, The green <br /> Communities Act" for Board review, and which Act was passed in July 2008. <br /> This matter concluded with a brief discussion regarding traffic issues and how <br /> they night best be addressed to serve the community. Phil Dascombe suggested the <br /> Cape Cod Commission would be interested in hearing what the Ton proposes as the <br /> best solution for the residents and the developer.
