" <br /> Mr. Fudala clarified there is an action provision within the <br /> special Permit which provides the Board to make a decision as to i <br /> whether or not proposed changes are to be considered significant, <br /> or not. He also suggested a revised Plan be prepared and <br /> presented in the same format as the original Plan. Mr. Grassetti r <br /> stated he would be pleased to do so. <br /> (There was discussion regarding required set (s) of Plans <br /> for filing with various Town Departments. ) <br /> Mr. Grassetti again suggested the Board consider to approve <br /> the proposed change from quadraplex to duplex, subject to a <br /> complete set of drawings and further review by the Board. •' <br /> Dennis Balzarini made the point that the Board should first <br /> determine whether the proposed change is to be considered, minor <br /> or major. .r <br /> At this point, the Chairman entertained a motion be made on 3* * <br /> whether or not the changes being proposed (from quadraplex to 4 <br /> duplex units) are to be considered a major or minor modification <br /> to the Special Permit. <br /> (There was no motion made at this point, as the Board <br /> appeared to be interested in discussing the matter further. ) <br /> Dennis Balzarini inquired as to changes in road layout. <br /> The chairman clarified the matter under consideration is : <br /> two -fold: Determining if changes to the Special Permit are minor, <br /> which would require engineering changes prior to final approval <br /> and construction of the altered layout; if determination is made <br /> that it is a major modification, the Public Hearing processes <br /> would be required. He further clarified that this particular <br /> e <br /> Special Permit contains a provision allowing the Planning Board <br /> to make that determination of minor/major change. "A� <br /> The chairman also stated his opinion that breaking up a .,, psi <br /> quadraplex into a duplex is a minor change. <br /> Mr. Fudala asked the Board to take abutter notification into t <br /> consideration.
