Mr. Giatrellis made reference to a plan indicating the <br /> location of the Heritage Ball Field and the road leading into the <br /> property. Mr. Giatrellis stated his plan to build a parking lot <br /> to accommodate approximately fifty (50) cars. He stated the , <br /> project is considered to be a learning-type center with a <br /> clubhouse, putting green, chipping areas, and some areas to drive <br /> golf balls. <br /> Mr. Giatrellis explained the project is located on :,1 <br /> ag, <br /> industrial zoned land, and that lighting will be proposed. t :, <br /> Mr. Giatrellis expressed his concern regarding the cost of ! � <br /> the studies required by the Cape Cod Commission. ,oil <br /> The Town Planner suggested Mr. Giatrellis obtain a <br /> jurisdictional determination prior to entering into the k ,01 <br /> Commission process, as well as an opinion form the Board. The IP <br /> question being whether or not this land is to be considered more <br /> than an acre or more of commercial outdoor space. Mr. Giatrellis <br /> contended the land is not commercial, but rather industrial with <br /> a recreation use, as voted by Town Meeting. <br /> Chance Reichel had inquired as to the type of ground cozier, <br /> to which Mr. Giatrellis responded, a Nitrate Loading Study is *" <br /> required. He explained fertilizer and water would be used on a •'''' <br /> twenty (20) yard deep tee area and approximately five (5) target <br /> areas.
