Mr. Giatrellis stated his plan to build a parking lot <br /> to accommodate approximately fifty (50) cars. The IP <br /> question being whether or not this land is to be considered more <br /> than an acre or more of commercial outdoor space. Mr. Giatrellis <br /> contended the land is not commercial, but rather industrial with <br /> a recreation use, as voted by Town Meeting. <br /> Chance Reichel had inquired as to the type of ground cozier, <br /> to which Mr. Giatrellis responded, a Nitrate Loading Study is *" <br /> required.
