The line has been redefined as represented in blue on { #� <br /> • p F <br /> the Plan. <br /> Attorney Butler mentioned a letter from the Trustees of �,• ; <br /> Reservation indicating they had received the updated plan, `they <br /> continue to have concerns regarding the structure of the <br /> { conservation restriction. They stated their appreciation that <br /> µCR <br /> = the blue line came in at certain areas, but were concerned it was <br /> going out in a couple of points. They raise the issue as to <br /> J whether or not there should. be a Deed as opposed to a � . <br /> conservation restriction. <br /> Thomas Fudala added that another field visit had been y <br /> suggested; and he reiterated the red line is not the open space is <br /> boundary. It is called the division of responsibility line, with <br /> the Trustees of Reservation and the Town of DashP ee. ; <br /> e::• <br /> Mr. Eldredge handed out a letter dated February 41 1997, <br /> from Abrahamson & Associates, Inc. with reference to the <br /> landscape plan specifying the quantity and types of trees and <br /> shrubberies to be laced on the property.p p pe ty. They have not , <br /> addressed landscaping around the existing buildings, the <br /> Condominium Association has requested additional buffering be , <br /> provided. Everything along the streets would be 2 12 to 3 inch <br /> caliber trees. 14 <br /> Mr. Eldredge stated they would provide the same number of 0 ,, <br /> dumpsters as currently being used on the site. The existing <br /> units have 2 .14 parking spaces per unit, they are proposing 2 . 96 <br /> .,. <br /> spaces per unit. Individual, landscaping around each building and <br /> ref ! <br /> proposed patios and walkways were omitted from this Plan for the • �� <br /> benefit of the landscape architect. He addressed the issue of <br /> architectural design, stating the architect does not want to <br /> change plans although the developer has agreed to changes, making <br /> g g g <br /> one continuous porch across the front; there are front doors and <br /> windows on the buildings, the end units having side access. =i <br /> There has been a change in the- position of garages; walkouts <br /> will be developed wherever applicable, basement interiors will ` <br /> remain unfinished., <br /> Attorney Butler interjected they would be agreeable to a h <br /> Condition statingthat an basement/walkouts ace would be <br /> Y p <br /> uninhabitable i <br /> 4; abitable and not liable. � <br /> The Chairman recognized Charles Rowley, who asked where the <br /> .: dirt, after excavation, would be placed. Mr. McGrath answered , <br /> Y "Someplace on the site, one of the building areas would be 4 <br /> cleared. " some of this material would be used for fill, <br /> ' t' <br /> Mr. Rowley further inquired as to the underbrush in a <br /> y <br /> specific area. Mr. McGrath answered it was all underbrush. He <br /> said he would have no objections to clearing twenty-five feet <br /> t back and fifteen feet on each side, with reference to the <br /> 4` underbrush. Mr. Rowley commented upon the difficulty of <br /> 13 <br /> 1 V <br />
