The plaintiff, Thomas Choate, is an individual residing at <br />35 Pickerel Cove Road,Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. <br />Mr. Choate's residence directly abuts the prop rty of defendants <br />Anthony Shuman and Dorothy Kagan, the applicants for the challenged <br />zoning relief.
