He further expressed <br /> the need for a water facility for the Town of Mashpee, being a <br /> coastal Town on Cape Cod. <br /> 2 <br /> Mr. Ellis stated the future growth on the water to be <br /> tremendous. He also stated the need for additional Town <br /> moorings. <br /> A member of the public asked Mr. Ellis if there would be an <br /> office located at this site, to which Mr. Ellis answered, "Yes- " <br /> p y h,4i4A member of the public inquired as to the ten (10) acre <br /> 4 . ,,,rA „!• parcel of land located at South Cape Beach as a possible site. <br /> ►ru 1 <br />`i Mr. Ellis explained that the cost would be tremendous.
