MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing (with the stipulation that the attorneys, unit <br />'�►' � owners and developer meet in the interim for the purpose of <br /> working together to try and resolve some of the issues of <br /> concern) to October 16, 1996, at 6:45 p.m; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Patrick Coffey and so voted unanimously. <br /> For the record Attorney Butler stated that if issues come up <br /> that are such that they would not be able to come back at that <br /> .��'• time, but are making progress, he would agree to continue from <br /> that point forward and sign any waivers that may be needed. <br /> (The Public Hearing-Windchime Point-Great Neck Road South <br /> Modification to Original Permit signed April 22, 1987, was <br /> p ti thereupon concluded at 9 :13 p.m. ) <br /> pj M1 N At this point of the Meeting, the Chairman declared a ten <br />•i{ minute recess. <br /> The Chairman requested the Minutes of this Meeting reflect a <br /> rp 41t . letter submitted by Alexander Watt, regarding Local Comprehensive <br /> Plan, Municipal Buildings and Facilities (Library) , dated <br /> September 18, 1996 . Said letter having been submitted by Mr. <br /> Watt at this point of the Meeting. <br /> Ilk Local Comprehensive Plan-Public Hearing <br /> Draft Affordable Housing and <br /> .d �•4�p' Municipal Buildings and Facilities Elements <br /> The Chairman called the Public Hearing in this matter to <br /> order at 9 : 30 p.m. He complimented Assistant Town Planner, <br />' .;•, Eric Smiths presentation of the Local Comprehensive Plan <br /> a' at the September 4, 1996, meeting and suggested using the same <br /> format tonight. <br /> Jr' , Tom Fudala made mention of the fact that there had been <br /> citizens interested in the Affordable Housing Element who found <br /> at it necessary to leave due to the time. He suggested beginning <br /> 111 with the Municipal Buildings as there were people in attendance <br /> 0 .4 ""� 1ti interested in addressing this Element. <br /> The Chairman recognized Eric Smith, Assistant Town Planner, <br /> NJ " " ', for the purpose of presenting Municipal Buildings and Facilities <br /> Element. <br /> wt <br /> Eric stated that this Element includes the following: Town <br /> Hall; D.P.W. Facility; Public Library; Archive Building; <br /> }•� .ItA, Wampanoag Indian Museum; Senior Center; Town Cemetery (and any <br /> \,, additional cemeteries) .
