I <br /> Mr. Traczyk answered the road layouts are virtually ' <br /> identical; the building and grading layouts have completely <br /> changed. <br /> L <br /> Attorney Butler agreed this information was correct. He <br /> informed the Board that there is an overlay (per Board request) <br /> of the original plan, with a green transparency which will tart <br /> indicate changes. <br /> (There was some discussion among Board Members, Attorney <br /> Butler and Mr. Traczyk regarding the location of the line of <br /> division o) responsibility; reference was made to the plan onthe Ii <br /> i <br /> Mr. Traczyk stated that the plan as presented to the Board, <br /> has a lesser restriction than the previous. He stated they have <br /> not reviewed the architecture. <br /> Attorney Butler stated it was his understanding that the tsrk <br /> unit size has decreased in terms of footprint to be between E <br /> fifteen hundred and seventeen hundred (1500-1700) square feet. <br /> Patrick Coffey inquired as to the status of proposed phasing <br /> throughout the project. Attorney Butler answered it was his '" <br /> understanding, from the developer' s standpoint, would be a desire <br /> to complete infrastructure and roadways in order to develop and <br /> z - <br /> market. ; <br /> Mr. Traczyk did state the desire of the homeowners would be <br /> for roadways and utilities to be completed at the same time; Q, <br /> identified phases with building identified in the sequence of i <br /> construction; that limited clearing occur only in the area <br /> being phased at the time; and that the entire site is not <br /> cleared. <br /> Attorney Butler stated that in all likelihood, " . . .That <br /> would be acceptable. " ;A <br /> Attorney Butler requested this matter be continued to either <br /> two or four weeks in an attempt to finalize plans. <br /> The Chairman suggested a continuance of four weeks in order #L'w <br /> to afford more time for Applicant and Residents to further ;; . <br /> address issues of concern.
