Tony stated that they will have to decide what is the most <br /> viable way to secure their performance for a long period of <br /> time, probably through a' covenant until the applicant wants <br /> to seek release. <br /> Tom stated that there are some items in the monitoring <br /> program that they did not talk about, specifically the <br /> initial round of sampling. <br /> Condition 9 of Special Permit will take out the last two <br /> paragraphs because they will be clarified in monitoring <br /> program. <br /> Louise made a motion to accept the extension of time to vote <br /> to April llth and continue the discussion to April 4th. <br /> Judy seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor . <br /> Discussion <br /> Discussion of latest proposal by Sarakummit Corp. <br /> Mr. John Falacci was present to discuss the proposal. <br /> He submitted a bid proposal from John L. Holmes to replace <br /> the Kamet proposal. <br /> Mr. Falacci stated he has spoken with Corm Electric and they <br /> have no problem with the transformers. They are however, <br /> submitting a bid to repair them in response to Charlie' s <br /> comments. ComElectric reviewed (made inspection) them but <br /> only had verbal conversations with Peter Murray and Dick <br /> French, nothing in writing-, <br /> The Board asked Charlie to review these bids. . <br /> Since Mr. Falacci' s proposal of January 29th, he has walked <br /> the site with a wetlands consultant and looked at the dirt <br /> road and the impact on wetlands. His quick assessment was <br /> that it was- the narrowest point, They do not plan to make <br /> many improvements to the dirt road. They propose to have <br /> houses located in rear and use dirt trail as common driveway <br /> to the 3 'lots. <br /> Louise stated that are re-arranging parcel A and lots 80 and <br /> 81 and putting the back of lots on the recreation area. <br /> Mr. Fall ac i stated that there is some encroachment onto <br /> the recreation area in exchange for other lots to go to the <br /> Town. <br /> The homeowners deeds only reference the roads, not the <br /> recreation area. <br /> The applicant would be willing to put a restriction on lot <br /> so. <br /> The Town would be receiving 14 lots . <br /> .Tony stated that he would not be in f avor of building on <br /> the f ront two lots (2 and 41) because tht:--y were told it <br /> would remain unbuilt for safety and aesthetic _ urpos-4 , it <br /> was sold as being an attractive feature <br /> Mr Fallaci stated that access would not be onto Rte 130 . <br /> 4 <br />
