It was originally approved by the <br /> Planning Board in 1986 . They are requesting permission for <br /> dr ainuge modification as shown on the plans presented. <br /> During the hearing and design processes an environmental consultant <br /> recommended the drainage be handled d3.f f e--Y-ently +n a particular <br /> area , leaching vs . point source discharge. They have designed a <br /> series of leaching pits . <br /> it will be an additional expense to the deve3.�.�pel but }: is Ti .l�-��q <br /> to do it . <br /> Mr. Borselli stated that Charlie did review 4.t and they have <br /> responded to his concerns . <br /> Charlie is concerned that the leaching area is clos: to the <br /> groundwater (item #3 in his comments) .
