Judy <br /> seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor. <br /> It was approved on May 2nd. <br /> Sturgis Lane <br /> Tom explained that last week they secured a new L/C for <br /> Sturgis Lane. Mr. Heimburg asked Charlie to inspect the <br /> road but Charlie wanted Board authorization. <br /> Mr. Heimburg stated that all the remaining issues have been <br /> repaired. <br /> Charlie will inspect it on Friday to ensure they have <br /> finished the work. <br /> Discussion <br /> Applicant: Fields Point <br /> Location. Job' s Fishing Road <br /> Request: Discussion of proposed zoning bylaws for Job' s <br /> Fishing Road neighborhood. <br /> Doug Storrs and Buff Chase were present to discuss a formal <br /> application for 151 North and Market Street neighborhoods. <br /> It is a development of regional impact and therefore must go <br /> to the Commission. <br /> Doug stated cannot wait to deal with the whole Mashpee <br /> Commons packager they need to deal with this portion of it <br /> immediately as a separate project. <br /> Tom explained that the Commission will be dealing with the 2 <br /> grid, subdivisions for Whitings neighborhoods which they do <br /> not intend to do. <br /> He explained that the process for 151 North neighborhood is <br /> to file an application with Mashpee and then it will be sent <br /> immediately up to the Commission and their clock begins . <br /> Fields Point did not have enough information to submit <br /> it as formal filing this evening. <br /> 11 <br /> Tony suggested they speak with Carol Jacobson, the <br /> representative to the Commission to help clarify the <br /> process . <br /> 5 <br />
