Ms. Waygan recognized Lynne Barbee. <br />Lynne Barbee- She wanted to check on the paper survey as well as online. She ask that this <br />information be posted. <br />Mr. Lehrer will be suggesting that people who want a paper copy will be able to pick it up at the <br />Library, Senior Center, or Town Hall. It will not be mailed to homes. <br />Affordable and Workforce Housing <br />Coordination with Affordable Housing Committee and Community Preservation <br />Program <br />ADU Workshops <br />There is no date for an ADU workshop and Ms. Waygan has not heard back from the AHC <br />since her June e-mail asking for their comments on the LCP. <br />Clean Water Initiative <br />Ms. Waygan noted the proposed amendments to the zoning bylaw, the presentation with the <br />PBA, and the Select Board meeting for the Warrant. <br />Amendments to Zoning Bylaw (as suggested by DNR Director and Town Manager at <br />8/8/22 Select Board meeting <br />Mr. Lehrer stated with the floodplain and low impact design requirements for stormwater, the <br />Planning Board voted on a one paragraph change, but there was also some specific design <br />criteria that was submitted as recommended by Fuss & O'Neil. The Articles are located in the <br />packet. The Board proposed in the same section as stormwater, going to a requirement for low <br />impact design as opposed to encouraging it. He was reviewing the Fuss & O'Neil report that <br />was submitted to DNR, it seemed prudent if they were going to require low impact design <br />strategies they should clarify what specific design criteria should be incorporated. There are <br />three articles on the second page, to amend 174-27.2(a), the switch to requirement. On the <br />back of that page, amend 174-27.2(b) by adding subsections (d) and (e), which provides <br />additional subsections for rain gardens and filtering best management practices. There are <br />climate resilient design standards that need to be complied with. The last one is specific to <br />commercial and industrial projects where the previous one is strictly single family residences. <br />N. <br />
