Seconded by Mr. Balzarini. All in favor. <br />Planning Board members signed the ANR. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />7:10PM (Continued from 08/02/2023) <br />Applicant: Marcello Mallegni, Forestdale Road, LLC <br />Location: 532 Main Street (Map 26, Block 6) <br />Request: The applicant requests consideration for approval of a 9 lot definitive <br />subdivision plan of land consisting of approximately 18.05 acres located <br />on Main Street (Route 130) between Nicoletta's Way and Echo Road. <br />Attorney Christopher Kirrane is present tonight, he is working with the Cape Cod Commission <br />to get approval. He is requesting a continuance to the October 18t" meeting. <br />Ms. Waygan asked if they will have the ANR done, they will need more time. She is proposing <br />the November 1st meeting. <br />MOTION: <br />Ms. Waygan made a motion to continue this Public Hearing to November 1, 2023 at <br />7:10P.M. granting the 90 day extension. Seconded by Mr. Balzarini. All in favor. <br />Ms. Waygan asked who would be sitting on this matter, Mr. Lehrer stated three sitting <br />members. <br />7:20PM (Continued from 08/16/2023) <br />Applicant: Pleasantwood Homes, LLC <br />Location: 20 Tudor Terrace (Assessor's Map 29 Parcel 198) <br />Request: Applicant seeks approval of a special permit pursuant to divide the subject <br />parcel comprised of approximately 6.024 acres into three building lots in <br />cluster configurations for single family home construction while preserving <br />3.021 acres as protected open space. <br />The Attorney for the applicant, Christopher Kirrane, is requesting a continuance to the next <br />available meeting at his client's request. Some minor information still needs to be reviewed <br />with the Consulting Engineer. <br />
