Ms. Waygan is hoping all three do and there will be three applicants to consider. <br />She sat down with Town Manager, Rodney Collins to make sure the Planning Board has <br />necessary resources to do their job. He has their back. <br />Persons conducting interviews consist of the Director of Human Resources, two Select Board <br />members, Ms. Waygan suggested Rodney Collins be present, and then Mr. Collins decides. It <br />may be two Planning Board members with Ms. Waygan as a definite. <br />TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br />LCP Update <br />Mr. Lehrer will report as he knows more, but before the end of this month he will have a <br />document put together to begin a review in totality. <br />Harbor Management Planning Committee Update <br />This Committee met again last week to evaluate draft chapters of the plan, they reviewed the <br />Public Access and Fisheries sections. Comments were provided, edits were made, and they <br />will continue review. <br />Housing Production Plan Update <br />Mr. Lehrer has no new updates, but he is waiting on a date from the Town Manager so <br />Planning Board and Select Board can review final draft. <br />Ms. Waygan stated the link that was sent on May 7th will access the updated final draft plan <br />with a two -page cover letter from the Affordable Housing Committee, 2/3 of the document is <br />appendices, it has all comments and responses, old goals, and objectives of the previous HPR <br />COMITTTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission- The Regional Housing Strategy was released. <br />Charter Review Committee- They meet next Monday, June 101h at 6:30PM. <br />Community Preservation <br />Committee- There is a meeting on June 20th. There is a proposal <br />submitted by Colton Atkinson which seems to be a larger <br />project than first anticipated. That network of bike trails might <br />be best to be looked at as we do our Open Space and <br />
