Seconded by Mr. Richardson. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Balzarini: Yes, Mr. Oakley: Yes, Mr. Richardson: Yes, Ms. Waygan: Yes, Ms. <br /> Faulkner: Yes <br /> BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br /> Osprey Court <br /> Work stopped due to frost. Kevin Mahoney will call Mr. Pesce when it resumes. There is water, <br /> electric, and some drainage structures, but no piping installed. Mr. Balzarini asked about the <br /> gravel. Over the past few weeks it has gotten tracked, Mr. Pesce will make it a point to call <br /> Kevin Mahoney to sweep the road and refresh the construction entrance. <br /> Ashumet Road <br /> The project on Ashumet Road has started, with no drainage until next week. Cape Wide <br /> Construction called to tell him they were on site and getting ready to clear brush, the site has <br /> been staked. The construction entrance is ready. Mr. Pesce will be on site next week. <br /> Country Club Estates <br /> Mr. Balzarini asked about Ken Marster's development near the golf course. There are three <br /> outlets. Mr. Pesce stated the middle lane was installed for exiting,you can either go right or <br /> left. It has been several months since this has been brought forward, it may be time to reach <br /> out to the developer and set up a meeting. There was other work Mr. Marsters noted he would <br /> perform, like trimming for line of site. <br /> Mr. Balzarini and Mr. Pesce can visit the site and Mr. Pesce will reach out to the developer. <br /> There are two relatively unsafe conditions, involving vegetation pruning and tree Iimbing not <br /> part of development, but safety considerations that impact the development. There could be <br /> more signage and traffic painting chevrons on the road, to slow down traffic. <br /> Mr. Hansen stated driving down and around that turn, if the car in front turns left, you don't <br /> have much time to react. The speed limit is 30, but it is a recommended 15MPH. <br /> Ms. Waygan noted with billable hours, to check the ledger for Mr. Pesce's additional site work. <br /> Mr. Pesce stated he will be at the meeting on 2/19/25. He will not be at the meeting on 3/5/25. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Proposed Amendment to ADU Bylaw <br /> Ms. Waygan read the red-lined version and forwarded notes. The deadline for submission to <br /> the Select Board is Monday. With the state passing the Affordable Homes Act, a bond bill that <br /> had statute regarding ADUs and are now a protected use. <br /> 6 <br />
