MINUTES February 18, 1993 6. BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Bagel Basket Expansion $ <br /> Mr. Evans relayed the owner of the "Bagel Basket" is <br /> proposing an addition. "I am requesting Mr. Mattia provide <br /> adequate plans. " "The food establishment will now be classi- <br /> fied �as a .retail food establishment. <br /> Mr. Greelish directed Mr. Evans to proceed with normal <br /> requirements for a retail food establishment. <br /> Re ugst for septic Rermit extension - 15 Dean's Hollow Road <br />! <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The owner is requesting a 60 day <br /> extension for the septic permit and variances that were pre- <br /> viously approved by this Board. " "We previously considered <br /> this request and at that time it was agreed the variances <br /> would be extended with the stipulation the owner reperc the <br /> lot. " "The lot was reperked on January 6, 1992. " "D.E.P. <br /> did approve the variances granted by this Board. " "I would <br /> recommend the Board grant a 60 day extension as requested. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the 60 day extension from <br /> date of expiration, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Variance request - 3 Surf.. Drive <br /> 'Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre-approved subdivi- <br /> sion. " "The owner is requesting local variances from abut- <br /> ting wells to the on-site septic. " "Public water is now ser- <br /> vicing the subdivision however, there are two existing wells <br /> with fall within 1501 of the proposed leaching facility. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 40' local variance from <br /> abutting well, (lot 93) , to the on-site leaching facility and <br /> a 30' local variance from abutting well, (lot 91) , to the <br /> on-site leaching facility, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Community Relations Training: <br /> Mr. Evans and Mr. McQuaid to attend. <br /> Vgrignce request - 20 Palmer Road: <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre-approved subdivi- <br /> sion.
