" "Subsequently, Mr. Dudley informed me he made at least three attempts to contact Mr. Haney to in- form him that as the park is considered one lot under one ownership and it exceeds the 15,000 per day threshold D.E.P. may require a wastewater treatment plant for the park. " "As of yet, Mr. Haney has not returned Mr. Dudley's phone call. " "Mr. Dudley requested I relay to the Board that we may con- tinue to grant emergency failure certifications however, an ordinary upgrade must be submitted to D.E.P. prior to permit sign-off -by this Board as the park is exceeding the 15,000 gallon per day threshold for one lot. " Mr. Sanicki questioned Board members as to whether they would consider random testing as previously suggested with the understanding the results could exceed 1 year. Mr. Doherty responded, "This Board is willing to work with Mr. Haney. " Mr. Sanicki questioned Board members as to whether they would consider one design of a typical system to service the units. Board members were not favorable to Mr. Sanicki's re- quest. Mr. Doherty suggested a single system profile with de- tailed "As Builts" showing the invert elevations. Mr. McQuaid was in favor of Mr. Doherty's suggestion however, recommended the engineer submit the detailed "As Built" . Mr. Greelish informed Mr. Sanicki this Board would like records indicating the number, date and units which were up- graded and pumping records. " "This information will provide the condition of each system. " Mr. Evans stated, "Mr. Haney would have more information than what is on file. " Mr. Sanicki stated he would provide a copy of the aerial plans presented this evening. Board members informed Mr. Sanicki of Mr. Haney's cur- rent violations, i.e. 3 months arrears in trailer taxes, un- licensed, etc. Mr. Greelish stated, "If Mr. Haney shows significant progress from now on, I would try to handle this in house. "
