r i <br /> MINUTES April 8, 1993 7 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Doherty and Mr. Ball agreed with Mr. Greelish's <br /> statement. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "If any further problems arise this <br /> matter will be referred to the State. " <br /> Mr. Sanicki questioned Board members as to whether they <br /> would consider renewing the license if Mr. Haney were to sub- <br /> mit a copy of the aerial plans. <br /> Board members agreed to renew the 1993 Trailer Park li- <br /> cense once plans have been submitted. <br /> 3 . ) Proposed addendum to Landfill Transfer Station Reg clip <br /> Regulations - Mr. Ball motioned to adopt the addendum to the <br /> Landfill/Transfer Station/Recycling Regulations as presented, <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 4. ) Request for passes to the Transfer Station, __Robin <br /> Thompson - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Ms. Thompson is of the <br /> opinion she should not have to purchase a 1992 sticker as it <br /> will soon expire. " "Ms. Thompson is requesting one day <br /> passes until such time as the 1993 landfill stickers are <br /> available. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the request, Mr. Ball sec ' <br /> onded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to forward a memo to <br /> the Town Clerk questioning her as to the proposed date for <br /> the sale of landfill/transfer station stickers. <br /> 5. ) Letter from R. Bowman re: lead test - Mr. Greelish re- <br /> layed, "Mr. Bowman contacted me stating that he had a blood <br /> test which indicated an elevated lead level . <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Bowman's well is still <br /> active. " "The Water District did relay Mr. Bowman tied into <br /> public water in July of 1990. " `"The well may have been kept <br /> for irrigation purposes. " 4 <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "Mr. Bowman has a condition <br /> which may or may not. be related to the environment. " <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "It takes about six months for the <br /> lead level to drop. ', <br /> Mr. Doherty recommended Mr. Bowman test his water. <br />
