MINUTES July 22, 1993 5 BOARD OF HEALTH i owner is requesting a 10' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site well. Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the local variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid with the stipulation the owner sign the affidavit which requires public water hookup once available, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. 238 OLD BARNSTABLE ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre-approved subdivision with well and septic layouts. " "The owner is requesting a 25' local variance from the pro- posed on-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site well. " Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the local variance as stated by Mr. McQuaid with the stipulation the owner sign the affidavit which requires public water hookup once available, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. 256 OLD BARNSTABLE ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre-approved subdivision with well and septic layouts.
