's request. <br /> 7 . ) Copy of Articles for' _Fall Town Meeting for Boards review <br /> and letter from Weston Sampson regarding same - Mr. Greelish <br /> directed Mr. McQuaid to contact the Finance Committee liaison <br /> and inform him of the error in the salaries account. Mr. <br /> Greelish also requested Mr. 4 McQuaid to question the Finance <br /> Committee liaison as to whether the article submitted by <br /> Weston & Sampson, (for 50% of the costs associated with <br /> modification to the plant in the amount of $12,650.00) , is <br /> included in the warrant. <br /> 8. ) Variance request -- 126 Sampson's Mill Road - Mr. Evans <br /> relayed the owner is requesting a 26' local variance from <br /> abutting well, (#99 Cape Drive) , to the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility and a 11' local variance from the proposed <br /> on-site well to the proposed on-site leaching facility. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the variances as stated <br /> by Mr. Evans, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> 9. ) Emergency repairs - 17 Childs Road and 440 Brassie Way - <br /> 17 CHILDS ROAD - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site <br /> and found sewerage on the ground surface. " <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" form. <br /> 440 BRASSIE WAY - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site <br /> and found the leaching facility was in failure as it was <br /> backing-up into the house. " "The owner has made application <br /> to the water District for public water service. " <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" form. <br /> DISCUSSION• <br /> Proposed Smoking Policy progress report - Mr. Evans relayed, <br /> "Seven responses were received.
