" <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 9 TRICIA LANE - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a preapproved <br /> subdivision. " "The owner is requesting a 34' local variance <br /> from the proposed on--site leaching facility to the proposed <br /> on-site well, a 200 local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> well to the abutting leaching facility, (3 Tricia Lane) , a 8' <br /> local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to <br /> abutting well, (15 Tricia Lane) , a 40' local variance from <br /> the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (10 <br /> Tricia Lane) and a 25' local variance from the proposed <br /> on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (32 Shields <br /> Road) .
