Mobil Oil service station plan - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Where there are significant <br /> changes to the current Exxon Station including replacing the tanks which are double <br /> walled fiberglass and convenient store using the existing septic system, etc. I would <br /> recommend we request a representative of Exxon to discuss exactly what their proposals <br /> are." "We did insist they tie into town water as there is an issue of contaminated soil and <br /> groundwater in the existing floor drain leaching pit that needs to be addressed." "We need <br /> all these issues cleared up prior to our approval." <br /> Board members agreed to request a representative attend an upcoming meeting. <br /> Mr. Doherty recommended the agent prepare a list of concerns. <br /> Agreed. <br /> 6.) Commercial septic plan, 44 Route 28 - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a proposed <br /> donut shop." "They are proposing a dual system which is required of commercial <br /> i <br /> systems." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the commercial plans as presented, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT - Willowbend - Golf Cart Storage Plan <br /> Mr. Bruce Besse, design director at Willowbend was in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Besse stated, "The golf storage cart will be constructed below grade for visual <br /> enhancement." <br /> Mr. McQuaid requested Mr. Besse describe the golf can wash area. <br /> Mr. Besse responded, "It will be a self-contained system that they use to recycle <br /> the water." "It is a recirculator system." <br /> Mr. McQuaid questioned whether there is discharge. <br /> Mr. Besse responded, "I will have to check on that." "Some of it is recycled or it <br /> is purified somehow." <br /> Mr. McQuaid questioned whether there are floor drains. <br />
