MINUTES April 120, 1995 7 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> 7 Brookside Circle - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a 24' local <br /> variance from the proposed on-site well to the proposed on-site leaching facility." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the 24' local variance as requested, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 39 Bayshore Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre-approved subdivision." "The <br /> applicant is requesting a 10' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to <br /> the proposed on-site well." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the 10' local variance as requested, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 23 Bayshore Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a variance from <br /> the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (#17 Bayshore Drive)." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variance as requested, Mr. Cram seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 225 Monomoscoy Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Groundwater elevation was adjusted." <br /> "They do meet the 4' requirement." "The dwelling will be serviced by town water." "The <br /> applicant is requesting a 73' variance from the proposed leaching facility to abutting well, <br /> (#11 Childs Road), a 18' local variance from the proposed leaching facility to abutting <br /> well, (415 Childs Road) a 30' local variance from the proposed leaching facility to <br /> abutting well, (#2 Childs Road) and a 44' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to abutting well, (9222 Monomoscoy Road)." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "1 would recommend the applicant contact house #11 to see if <br /> they would agree to tie into town water." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "There is no proposed increase in living space." "They are <br /> voluntarily upgrading from a cesspool to a Title V system." "I would recommend we <br /> require the owner to sign the affidavit to that effect." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid with the <br /> stipulation the owner sign the affidavit which agrees to no increase in habitable space until <br /> such time as there are no active wells within 150' of the leaching facility, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br />
