j MINUTES April 27, 1995 7 BOARD OF HEALTH At this time, 8:00 p.m., Mr. Ball stepped down from the meeting 37 Great River Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The engineer did revise plans as per the Board's request." "The applicant is requesting a 41' local variance from the proposed on- site reserve area to abutting well, (#17 Russell Road), a 34' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (#17 Russell Road) and a 37' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (#42 Great River Road)." Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Doherty seconded. r 238 Old Barnstable Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "All three lots on Old Barnstable Road conform to the master plan." "The applicant is requesting a 23' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site well." Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variance as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Cram seconded. j 256 Old Barnstable Road - W. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a 23.5' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to the propose on-site well." Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variance as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Cram seconded. 262 Old Barnstable Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a 16' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site well and a 15' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (#6 Hogan Drive)." Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Cram seconded. 8.) Pere extensions 33 Russell Road 22 Shorewood Drive and 95 Hackin Circle 33 Russell Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The original pert was performed in October of 1993." "The septic permit was issued to ABCO in December of 1993." 1 would recommend the Board approve the validity of this permit to December 29, 1995."
