MINUTES June 29, 1995 17 BOARD OF HEALTII Mr. McQuaid stated, "You just said you didn't." Ms. Amaral stated, "No, I did, I told him I understand what he's saying." "I don't know why..." Mr. Doherty stated, "Ms. Amaral don't take what I'm saying personally, there have been other people before that have intentionally flooded a system." Ms. Amaral stated, "This house is a house I want to stay, okay?" Mr. Doherty stated, "I accept that." "All I am saying is we've run across this before with other people for what every their reasonsinay be." "So, it always has to be a possibility." "We're trying to figure out where is all this water coining from." "If that's not the reason perhaps there's a line broken that is feeding into it and this is causing the system to, this is called flooding the system, it's causing the system to flood." "If that's the case we need to solve that problem too." Ms. Amaral stated, "I can't tell you." Mr. Cram stated, "This is one of the big questions why John asked that question, he said if, we don't know, we're not engineers." Ms. Amaral stated, "I don't think that is a question you should have even asked me, okay." Mr. Cram questioned, "Why not?" Ms. Amaral responded, "Because I don't think it's relevant." Mr. Cram stated, "Who else is here that we can talk to ask these questions." Ms. Amaral stated, "This man right here should be here." Mr. Cram stated, "I'm not questioning that unfortunately, he's not so we're asking trying to find some answers that's all." "Is that unreasonable?" Ms. Amaral stated, "I don't gut em for you." "I don't gut em." Mr. Cram stated, "No problem, if you don't know say so but don't start shooting from both lips."
