MINUTES June 29, 1995 18 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "Hey, I'm not going to take any more." "I've taken enough <br /> and I've gut no more." <br /> Mr. Ball questioned Mr. McQuaid, "Can we issue anv fines if it's not repaired by <br /> 4:00 so much money per day or whatever." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The original certified letter wasn't received." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "They supposedly have no knowledge." <br /> Mr. McQuaid continued, "otherwise we can send another certified letter." <br /> r <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "See that's what I mean, that's such a crock." <br /> Mr_ McQuaid continued, "and this is a violation of the highest order which gives <br /> him 48 hours." <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned Mr. McQuaid, "You spoke to the agent of the owner?" <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "I have, Orin has." <br /> Mr. Bail questioned, "How long ago?" "Is it over the 48 hours?" <br /> i <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "Verbal notification is valid." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Oh yeah." <br /> Mr. Bali responded, "Okay." "So it's over 48." "Can we move on this now?" <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "No, they gave him until tomorrow." "If there is not a crew <br /> there tomorrow morning and that system is not fixed by 4:00 then I would move that we <br /> definitely go forward and impose whatever fines and additionally, that we hire a contractor <br /> to fix the system and place a lien on the property." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "What's the highest the fine could be." <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "I will have to look it up." <br /> i <br /> i <br /> i <br /> I <br /> i <br />
