MINUTES August 10, 1995 11 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Ms. Pina stated, "Comm. Electric said if the tenants in the in-law apartment didn't <br /> pay the bill they would leave a note on the door stating what amount was due and then it <br /> would be shut-off." "If we paid the entire bill the landlord agreed to deduct it off of our <br /> rent but he didn't." <br /> Mr. Cram questioned, "Does the water pump supply water to both units or just <br /> yours.,' <br /> Mr. Pina responded, "1 am unsure however, when the dwelling next door runs <br /> water our pump comes on." "They do have a hot water tank." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to required the landlord of 35 Lisa Lane to install separate <br /> electrical meters in each dwelling within 10 days from this meeting date, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to require water restoration to the dwelling, (35 Lisa Lane), by <br /> August 11, 1995 at 6:00 p.m. and an agent of this Board shall inspect the premises to <br /> ensure the repairs have been made, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 4.) Memo from Joyce Mason re: Tribal Council fee waiver - Acknowledged. <br /> 5.) Letter from A. Adams re: Used paint sheds - Acknowledged_ <br /> 6.) Variance requests_- 24 Ships Lantern Road and 52 Surf Drive <br /> 24 SHIPS LANTERN ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Due to the lot size the applicant <br /> is requesting a 19' local variance from abutting well #18 Ship's Lantern Lane to the <br /> proposed on-site leaching facility, a 23' local variance from abutting well #13 Ship's <br /> Lantern Road to the proposed on-site leaching facility and a 44' local variance from <br /> abutting well #66 Compass Drive.' "Town water will supply the dwelling." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the local variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. <br /> Cram seconded, all greed. <br /> 52 SURF DRIVE - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a 24' local <br /> variance from abutting well #44 Albatross Circle and a 40' local variance from #58 Surf <br /> Drive."
