MINUTES August 10, 1995 12 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> 7.) Emer enc Failure Certifications - 37 Elizabeth Island Road and 18 East Road <br /> 37 ELIZABETH ISLAND ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the site and <br /> found the cesspool fiill." "It will be replaced with a 1500 gallon tank with three flow <br /> diffusers." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 18 EAST ROAD - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found a metal septic tank <br /> that was rusted through and the leach pit was full." , <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> *****NEW BUSE\TESS***** <br /> Temporary Food Stand request - "A Catered Affair" (Willowbend) <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "The applicant is requesting a temporary food stand permit to <br /> operate at the Willowbend Tennis Tournament," <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a temporary food stand permit -with expiration date of <br /> August 21, 1995 to "A Catered Affair", Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3.) Letter from Weston & Sampson re: Landfill capping_material cont'd from earlier <br /> in the—_e meeting - Mr. Ball stated, "I spoke with the chairman of the Building Committee <br /> who informed me the fill is paid for." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> Proposed Revelation governing "The Installation And Use Of Dual Black/Grey Water <br /> Septic Systems For Single Familv Residences" <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to adopt the regulation as presented however, the Board of <br /> Health reserves the right to amend and/or revise the regulation at any time, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all agreed. (The regulation is attached to the end of these minutes.) <br />
