MINUTES August 10, 1995 13 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mosquito complaint - 4 Broomstick Way(Walk) <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I visited the site twice and I couldn't find any mosquito's <br /> or stagnant water." "I informed her the most I could do is go out there again tomorrow <br /> with Mr. Evans and Mr. BaIl." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Amendment to installer's examination requirement <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Due to the drastic changes in Title V our current installer's <br /> examination is obsolete." "I would recommend the Board no longer require installer's to <br /> take the exam. until all the changes in Title V are made." "Once changes are made I will <br /> prepare another exam." "If the installer is licensed in two towns I would recommend we <br /> issue a license." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to waive the installer's examination requirement until changes <br /> in the new Title V are completed with the stipulation the installer provide two licenses <br /> from other towns, the Board of Health reserves the right to require the licensee to take <br /> the examination at any time and subsequent to this date all licensee's will be required to <br /> take the exam, at a later date, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Cram motioned to adjourn this meeting at 9:40 p.m., Mr. <br /> Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Mayer, Adm.
