MINUTES August 10, 1995 5 BOARD OF HEALTH
Mr. Doherty stated, "That's probably the clearest cut of any of the issues only
because if a single service is providing for two separate and distinct structures that have
their own entrance then just by definition you would be in violation."
Mr. Perry stated, "But the people are out." "So, are you going to give me a past
violation fine." "I'll have Comm. Electric in there to fix the service but the position I was
put in because of the language on this caused me to be almost arrested." "Mr. Pina is a
professional boxer and he scares me, he has fire in his eyes." "The inspection was not
done properly." "This is erroneous." "If he didn't go to the bottom of the stairs and see
that the pump was leaking he shouldn't have wrote it here."
w
Mr. McQuaid questioned Mr. Perry, "Did you bring a copy of the invoice from
Osterville Plumbing?"
Mr. Perry stated, "At the time no I didn't."
Mr. McQuaid relayed, "That would state that the pump was functioning properly."
Mr. Perry stated, "I want a letter of apology from this department."
Mr. Cram questioned, "What type of hot water heating system is in that
basement."
Mr. Perry responded, "I believe it's gas." "I can't remember, I haven't been there
in a whole year."
Mr. Cram stated, "I had a electric heating system which causes a lot of
condensation, I changed it over to gas and now I don't have that problem."
Mr. Perry stated, "I don't know."
Mr. Cram questioned, "You said Osterville Electric is taking care of this
problem?"
Mr. Perry stated, "Osterville Electric has looked at it today." "I picked it up at
6:00." "They were ready to close I said I need that thing because if I don't have it it's
going to cost me $500.00."
Mr. Cram questioned, "You don't know whether they found a problem?"
