"They broke in <br /> through the cellar in the adjacent apartment and entered our house through the cellar-way <br /> and took the pump out." "They never called to do the work." "Our next door neighbor <br /> saw them send their children through the cellar window and open the door for the <br /> grownups." "We contacted the police who came to the house." <br />
