MINUTES August 10, 1995 9 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> and install a few irrigation wells on his property line thereby rendering the abutting lot <br /> unbuildable and in the future turn their irrigation well into a drinking water supply." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to amend plan approval to include relocation of leaching facility <br /> to the southeasterly end of the lot, no second was motioned, motion failed. <br /> Mr. Doherty informed Mr. Durmer, "You can negotiate with the builder and we <br /> will grant him the variance relief required." <br /> Mr- Durmer requested an opinion from Town Counsel. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the required variance relief from the sideline and <br /> variance relief up to 50' from all abutting wells should the applicant agree to relocate the <br /> leaching facility to the southeast corner of the lot, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty directed the agent to request an-opinion from Town Counsel. <br /> 35 Lisa Lane (continued from earlier in the evening) <br /> Mr- & Mrs. Pina, tenants of 35 Lisa Lane, were in attendance for discussion. <br /> Mr. Pina relayed, "The pump is back but no operating." "They tied in next door to <br /> our neighbors with a garden hose from our outside spigot." <br /> Ms. Pina stated, "The said nothing was wrong with the pump until they started <br /> playing with it and it just keep leaking continuously." <br /> Mr. Ball questioned Mr. Pina, "Is it still leaking now?" <br /> Mr. Pina replied, "It's off now, it's not operating right now." "The plumber said <br /> he would be back." <br /> Mr. Pina stated, "The house was broken into this afternoon." "They broke in <br /> through the cellar in the adjacent apartment and entered our house through the cellar-way <br /> and took the pump out." "They never called to do the work." "Our next door neighbor <br /> saw them send their children through the cellar window and open the door for the <br /> grownups." "We contacted the police who came to the house." <br />
