"In that conversation my crew chief <br /> did not say Mr. Eynatian had offered to tell us the location of his well." "I never got the <br /> message that I should talk to him." "To me it seemed like just a dead issue that we were <br /> not going to find out the exact location of the well so I had to go under this presumption." <br /> Mr. Cram commented, "After what we have heard so far it appears there is a <br /> communication problem." "I'm getting indications from both parties that this can be <br /> resolved." "I would like to see these parties get together and resolve this so we can get a <br /> definitive answer as to the location of the well." "This will help us in determining whether <br /> or not we will grant the variance relief." <br /> Mr. Bunker questioned the Board, "Can the Board request that Mr. Eynatian tell <br /> us where the well is now so that we can proceed?" <br /> Mr. Ball responded, "No." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "As I said before, I'm getting indications both parties need to <br /> talk on this." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "I have a letter this evening which I would like to read to the <br /> Board." (The letter is attached to the end of these minutes.) <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "I would recommend we postpone this matter until parties <br /> present can resolve this matter." <br /> Mr. Grotske stated, "We would be willing to pay for Mr. Eynatian's connection to <br /> public water which would make this a mute issue." <br /> Mr. Cram commented, "I believe you should talk this over privately with Mr. <br /> Eynatian." <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented, "Meanwhile if New Seabury comes in for a permit and <br /> the lot is not impacted we'll issue a permit." "I'll need verification from the Water District <br /> that abutter's are connected." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to continue this matter until next weeks meeting, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all greed. <br />
