MINUTES July 23, 1998 10 BOARD OF HEALTH basically run off the property by Mr. Eynatian." "My crew chief refused to go back there because he said he had never been treated so badly." "In that conversation my crew chief did not say Mr. Eynatian had offered to tell us the location of his well." "I never got the message that I should talk to him." "To me it seemed like just a dead issue that we were not going to find out the exact location of the well so I had to go under this presumption." Mr. Cram commented, "After what we have heard so far it appears there is a communication problem." "I'm getting indications from both parties that this can be resolved." "I would like to see these parties get together and resolve this so we can get a definitive answer as to the location of the well." "This will help us in determining whether or not we will grant the variance relief." Mr. Bunker questioned the Board, "Can the Board request that Mr. Eynatian tell us where the well is now so that we can proceed?" Mr. Ball responded, "No." Mr. Cram stated, "As I said before, I'm getting indications both parties need to talk on this." Mr. Eynatian stated, "I have a letter this evening which I would like to read to the Board." (The letter is attached to the end of these minutes.) Mr. Cram stated, "I would recommend we postpone this matter until parties present can resolve this matter." Mr. Grotske stated, "We would be willing to pay for Mr. Eynatian's connection to public water which would make this a mute issue." Mr. Cram commented, "I believe you should talk this over privately with Mr. Eynatian." Mr. McQuaid commented, "Meanwhile if New Seabury comes in for a permit and the lot is not impacted we'll issue a permit." "I'll need verification from the Water District that abutter's are connected." Mr. Cram motioned to continue this matter until next weeks meeting, Mr. Ball seconded, all greed.
