MINUTES July 23, 1998 9 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Klein questioned, "When Mr. Costa inspected this was he supposed to inspect <br /> that the well was going in the proper place as well?" <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "Yes, he is certifying placement of the well and septic <br /> system as per plan." <br /> Mr. Klein stated, "Then I see Mr. Costa being at fault as well as the well driller." <br /> "I'm going to hire a lawyer and have him send out letters." <br /> i <br /> At this time Mr. Doherty stepped down from the meeting. <br /> Aunt Jane's Road (continued from earlier in the evening <br /> Mr. Grotske presented a copy of the land court plan filed in 1946 and the new plan <br /> dated 1995 signed by the Planning Board to Board members and stated, "The latest plan <br /> has the lot configuration we have presented this evening." <br /> Mr. Bunker stated, "Well and septic were located to maintain the greatest distance <br /> possible." "We submitted four plans, three for variances." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "I question that because lot I might be within 150' of my <br /> well." <br /> Mr. Bunker stated, "These are revisions to plans that were submitted in 1995 by <br /> Levy, Eldridge and Wagner." "What's shown here is the location of leaching pits as <br /> designed by Levy, Eldridge and Wagner in 1995." "On the site plans we have redesigned <br /> them to move all the septic systems as far as possible away from this lot, (shown to the <br /> Board)." "I don't know exactly where Mr. Eynatian's well is." <br /> Mr. Eynatian commented, "That is the main issue here." "My correspondence with <br /> the parties here has been non-existent as far as written." "They approached me recently <br /> regarding revealing the location of my well on my property." "I requested that they <br /> contact me in writing and that I would respond and didn't quite get to do so." <br /> "Additionally, I called Mr. Grotske who did not return my call." "I did speak with him <br /> today when I called him again." "My hope is to meet with the owner's of the property and <br /> negotiate a mutual vantage or solution."
