MINUTES September 22, 1999 6 BOARD OF HEALTH Variance: 93 Uncle Percy's Road Applicant is requesting a variance for 93 Uncle Percy's Road. Applicant is requesting a variance of 23'from the well servicing house #97 to the proposed soil absorption system. The proposed soil absorption system will be 127 feet (23'variance/150' required) from the well servicing house #97. Motion to Grant Requested Variance: Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Request as noted above for 93 Uncle Percy's Road. Motion seconded by Mr. Ball. Motion Passed. Variance: 24 Cutlass Lane Applicant is requesting a variance for 24 Cutlass Lane. Applicant is requesting a variance of 34' from the well servicing house #30 to the proposed soil absorption system and a variance of 44'from the well servicing house #16 to the proposed soil absorption system. The proposed soil absorption system will be 116 feet (34'variance/150' required) from the well servicing house #30 and 106 feet (44'variance/150'required) from the well servicing house #16. Motion to Grant Requested Variance: Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Request as noted above for 24 Cutlass Lane. Motion seconded by Mr. Ball. Motion Passed. Variance: 7 Bearse Road Applicant is requesting a variance for 7 Bearse Road. Applicant is requesting a variance of 32'from the well servicing house #3 to the proposed soil absorption system and a variance of 29'.from the well servicing house #14 to the soil absorption system. The proposed soil absorption system will be 118 feet (32' variance/150' required) from the well servicing house #3 and 121 feet (29' variance/150'required) from the well servicing house #14. i Motion to Grant Requested Variance: Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Request as noted above for 7 Bearse Road. Motion seconded by Mr. Ball. Motion Passed. Variance: 11S Summersea Road Mr. McQuaid noted that in addition to the variance from the property line, this house is in a Zone 2 and he is proposing four bedrooms with a denitrification system. The size of the lot is 9,600 square feet. Mr. McQuaid noted that even with the denitrification, it does not afford him the fourth bedroom. Under Title V, he is allowed the maximum.of three bedrooms without a denitrification system. Mr. Ball noted that the request to add a fourth bedroom is not noted in the cover letter; therefore, he suggested that the Board continue this variance. Continue: The Board of Health members agreed to continue this request for a variance based on an incomplete cover letter.
