MINUTES September 22, 1999 6 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Variance: 93 Uncle Percy's Road <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance for 93 Uncle Percy's Road. Applicant is <br /> requesting a variance of 23'from the well servicing house #97 to the proposed <br /> soil absorption system. The proposed soil absorption system will be 127 feet <br /> (23'variance/150' required) from the well servicing house #97. <br /> Motion to Grant Requested Variance: <br /> Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Request as noted above for 93 <br /> Uncle Percy's Road. Motion seconded by Mr. Ball. Motion Passed. <br /> Variance: 24 Cutlass Lane <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance for 24 Cutlass Lane. Applicant is requesting <br /> a variance of 34' from the well servicing house #30 to the proposed soil <br /> absorption system and a variance of 44'from the well servicing house #16 to <br /> the proposed soil absorption system. The proposed soil absorption system will <br /> be 116 feet (34'variance/150' required) from the well servicing house #30 and <br /> 106 feet (44'variance/150'required) from the well servicing house #16. <br /> Motion to Grant Requested Variance: <br /> Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Request as noted above for 24 <br /> Cutlass Lane. Motion seconded by Mr. Ball. Motion Passed. <br /> Variance: 7 Bearse Road <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance for 7 Bearse Road. Applicant is requesting a <br /> variance of 32'from the well servicing house #3 to the proposed soil absorption <br /> system and a variance of 29'.from the well servicing house #14 to the soil <br /> absorption system. The proposed soil absorption system will be 118 feet (32' <br /> variance/150' required) from the well servicing house #3 and 121 feet (29' <br /> variance/150'required) from the well servicing house #14. <br /> i <br /> Motion to Grant Requested Variance: <br /> Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Request as noted above for 7 <br /> Bearse Road. Motion seconded by Mr. Ball. Motion Passed. <br /> Variance: 11S Summersea Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid noted that in addition to the variance from the property line, this <br /> house is in a Zone 2 and he is proposing four bedrooms with a denitrification <br /> system. The size of the lot is 9,600 square feet. Mr. McQuaid noted that even <br /> with the denitrification, it does not afford him the fourth bedroom. Under Title <br /> V, he is allowed the maximum.of three bedrooms without a denitrification <br /> system. <br /> Mr. Ball noted that the request to add a fourth bedroom is not noted in the <br /> cover letter; therefore, he suggested that the Board continue this variance. <br /> Continue: <br /> The Board of Health members agreed to continue this request for a variance <br /> based on an incomplete cover letter. <br />
