The soil absorption system will be 11 l' from the well <br /> (150'required). <br /> Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Request as noted above for 53 <br /> Uncle Henry's Road. Motion seconded by Mr. Doherty. Motion passed. <br /> Variance: 57 Uncle Percy's Road <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance for 57 Uncle Percy's Road. Applicant is <br /> requesting a variance of 44'from the proposed soil absorption system to the <br /> well servicing house #96 and a variance of 27' from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the well servicing house #83. Applicant is <br /> also requesting a local variance of 26' from the soil absorption system to the <br /> wetlands. The proposed soil absorption system will be 74' from wetlands (100' <br /> required). <br /> The Board of Health members agreed to continue based on the cover letter <br /> being incomplete and pending correct variance requests. <br /> Variance: 24 Menemsha Road <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance for 24 Menemsha Road. Applicant is <br /> requesting a variance of 5' off the street property line from the soil absorption <br /> system and reserve area. The proposed soil absorption system and reserve area <br /> will be 5' off the street property line (10'required). Applicant is also requesting <br /> a variance of 5' from the soil absorption system to the dwelling foundation and <br /> a 2'variance from the reserve to the dwelling foundation. The soil absorption <br /> system will be 15' (20' required) from the dwelling foundation and the reserve <br /> will be 18' from the dwelling foundation (20'required). <br /> Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Requests as noted above for 24 <br /> Menemsha Road. Motion seconded by Mr. Doherty. Motion Passed. <br />
