DEP Permit Pending: No DEP permit no order of conditions will be issued until a DEP <br />number is received. <br /> Stormwater Management Updates: Two stormwater management systems on Squaws <br />Lane to be updated. <br /> Project Scope: Work confined to existing road layout. <br /> DEP Stormwater Standards: Clarification needed on applicability of DEP stormwater <br />management standards. NOI claims exemption under Section C(7)(b) without sufficient <br />explanation. <br /> Agent Recommendation: Consult with DEP to verify exemption and obtain written <br />confirmation. <br /> Intersection Improvement: Shore Drive and Squaws Lane intersection to be repaved and <br />graded for improved drainage. <br /> Project Benefits: Work within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage (LSCSF) area, <br />improving road flood storage capacity and overall resource area condition. <br /> Existing System Issues: Current stormwater system is backed up and non-functional. <br /> <br /> Agent recommends close and issue with the following condition: <br />o Variances from the Board of Health must be obtained before construction <br />commences. Applicant must provide written confirmation from DEP that <br />project is exempt from DEP Stormwater standards. <br /> <br /> Board of Health: Subsurface drains must meet 25 ft setback from any proximate SAS or <br />a variance shall be required <br /> <br />Motion made by Ms. Zollo to close and issue pending the receipt of the DEP issued number, <br />clarification from DEP if the project is truly exempt, and all board of health approvals are <br />received.
