Requesting more time for revisions based on <br />concerns of house footprint size. <br /> <br />Commissioners Comments <br /> Key concerns raised by the Commission at previous meetings: <br /> <br />o Landscape Plan <br />o Groundwater level <br />o Septic cross-section <br />o Dewatering location <br />o Bedroom count: 6 <br />o Proposed dwellings footprint: 2743sqft (Gross Living Area 6100 sqft) <br /> Request an engineer to do a cost-benefit analysis to determine the smallest <br />square footage feasible. <br />o Amount of fill being in a flood zone <br /> Further discussion ensued. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH: These two (2) abutting lots are held in common <br />ownership and are considered one (1) “facility.” Lots have a combined land area of <br />approximately 80,000 square feet. New construction triggers the need for full <br />compliance with BOH I/A Septic Systems Regulation (Rev: 1/7/24). I/A septic design <br />plans are to be reviewed upon submission to BOH. Floorplans are to be reviewed <br />upon submission to the Building Dept. Required setbacks from the edge of the in- <br />ground pool are 10’ (from tank) and 20’ (from SAS). <br /> <br /> BUILDING: The project is within the New Seabury Special Permit area. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Cook makes a motion for a continuance to September 12, 2024, at 6:39; this will be the last <br />continuance, and all items requested in the June 13th and July 25th hearings will be provided so <br />that the Commission can make a final vote.
