New construction triggers the need for full <br />compliance with BOH I/A Septic Systems Regulation (Rev: 1/7/24). I/A septic design <br />plans are to be reviewed upon submission to BOH. Floorplans are to be reviewed <br />upon submission to the Building Dept. Required setbacks from the edge of the in- <br />ground pool are 10’ (from tank) and 20’ (from SAS). <br /> <br /> BUILDING: The project is within the New Seabury Special Permit area. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Cook makes a motion for a continuance to September 12, 2024, at 6:39; this will be the last <br />continuance, and all items requested in the June 13th and July 25th hearings will be provided so <br />that the Commission can make a final vote.
