 The current revised plan was submitted last Friday; however, that plan has been revised <br />again based on staff concerns regarding sufficient mitigation and reduction of patio size. <br />Cape & Islands to present the latest plan to commissioners at this hearing <br /> If the commission finds this proposal acceptable based on the most recent revised plan, <br />the project can either be voted upon with acceptance of the latest plan revisions or <br />continued to allow more time for Commissioners to review the latest revisions and any <br />other concerns. <br /> If the project is approved, staff recommend submitting a signed three-year mitigation <br />maintenance contract between a property owner and a qualified professional landscaper, <br />horticulturalist, or wetland professional before any permitted work is commended. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH: The existing on-site conventional septic system can accommodate <br />a maximum of three (3) bedrooms. No increase in flow was proposed. Setbacks from the <br />tank and SAS must be maintained, or a variance must be requested. Access to septic <br />components must be maintained.
