Raze and replace triggers the need to comply with <br />BOH I/A Septic Systems Regulation. Floorplans for the proposed new dwelling are to be <br />reviewed upon submission to the Building Dept. I/A septic plans are to be reviewed upon <br />submission to BOH. Rodent inspection by BOH is required prior to demolition, with <br />abatement if necessary. <br /> <br /> BUILDING: The project is within the New Seabury Special Permit and beyond a 50’ <br />setback to wetlands. ARC approval is required. <br />Motion: <br /> Mr. Cook made a motion to close and issue with the following conditions: <br />o 2:1 mitigation: for trees removed <br />o Lawn coverage: no more than 10% of the lot as micro clover lawn <br />o Nitrogen calculations: revised based on actual lawn coverage <br />o All patios must be pervious <br />o Stormwater management: install a trench drain to handle driveway runoff <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
