 Deliberation on float stop requirements and compliance <br />Final Discussions <br /> Confirmation of shellfish mitigation fee and continued seeding <br />Agent Comments <br /> Revised plans submitted showing through flow grating along the entire stretch of the <br />fixed pier. <br /> Ch.91 license shows the dock with floats as it is proposed to be rebuilt. <br /> The Commission recommended upland mitigation in lieu of no shellfish mitigation fee <br />from the shellfish constable. <br /> Applicant is offering to have the through flow grating along the entirety of the fixed pier <br />(which is not required. The portion of the fixed pier over the salt marsh must have <br />increased sunlight penetration. <br /> Agent recommends this in lieu of upland mitigation. <br /> <br /> Board of Health: Note the location of the septic system and restrict equipment/ vehicle <br />traffic over non-load bearing (H-10) components <br /> <br /> Building: No jurisdiction <br /> <br /> Harbormaster: No navigational or abutter concerns <br /> <br /> Shellfish: Order of Conditions to allow the Mashpee Shellfish Program to continue <br />seeding and utilizing the bottom under and around this proposed structure for future <br />public harvest.
