5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 23, 2001 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Coastal Waste Management—Office Trailer: <br /> Maurice Cassanelli, Coastal Waster Management was present to <br /> request the Board approve the placement of an office trailer at the <br /> Mashpee Transfer Station property located on Asher's Path. <br /> There would be no obligation to the Town. The trailer would <br /> allow Mr. Cassanelli to monitor the gate and operate the Transfer <br /> Station more effectively. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the request of <br /> Coastal Waste Management for an office trailer on the <br /> Mashpee Transfer Station property. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman,Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Renewal of Landfill Contract: <br /> The Selectmen reviewed the contract for the operation of the <br /> Asher's Path Sanitary Landfill and Solid Waste Transfer Station <br /> with Maurice Cassanelli, owner and president of Coastal Waste <br /> Management. <br /> The contract was amended to include the years 01 and 02 <br /> respectively in paragraph four, last sentence after the Fourth of <br /> July to read 2001 and on Easter Sunday to read 2002. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the Contract <br /> between the Town of Mashpee and Maurice Cassanelli for the <br /> Operation of the Asher's Path Sanitary Landfill and Solid <br /> Waste Transfer Station to include the above referenced years. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
