3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 6, 2001 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Cemetery Regulations: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to continue the Public Hearing <br /> relative to Cemetery Regulations to Monday, September 24, 2001. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Reappointment to Conservation Commission: <br /> The following reappointment was omitted from the Annual <br /> Reappointment Listing: <br /> John Johansen Conservation Commission- Term to Expire June 30, 2004. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to reappoint John Johansen to the <br /> Conservation Commission for a term to expire June 30, 2004. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Appointment to Conservation Commission: <br /> Due to the resignation of Robert Shea, the Conservation Commission <br /> recommended the appointment of Stephanie Jones to the position of <br /> Associate Member. It was noted that the position was duly advertised for <br /> interested applicants. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to appoint Stephanie Jones as <br /> Associate Member of the Conservation Commission as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> I <br />
