i <br /> iy r <br /> 8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> October 15, 2001 <br /> T <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Y <br /> Public Hearing—Liquor License Transfer: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the <br /> application of Fidde Corporation d/b/a The Boathouse, <br /> Edmund Richardi, Manager, for a transfer of Annual All <br /> Alcohol Restaurant License from DCMD, Inc. d/b/a <br /> Carbo's Grille&Bar. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> Transfer Station Policy, Procedures, &Fees: <br /> The above referenced agenda topic was deferred at this time. <br /> Waterways Commission—Mashpee River Dredging Update: <br /> r <br /> Jim Hanks, Waterways Commission Chairman discussed the overview <br /> of the Mashpee River dredging project. New requirements, additional <br /> work and financial considerations were reviewed. <br /> Additional work associated to design and permitting issues amount to <br /> $27,040. Funding is contained within the project scope. <br /> It is the recommendation of the Waterways Commission to proceed <br /> with the project as outlined in the update of October 15, 2001. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to continue to support the <br /> Mashpee River Dredging Project and authorize the additional <br /> expenditure of$27,040 for said purpose. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
