i iy r 8 Board of Selectmen Minutes October 15, 2001 T APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: Y Public Hearing—Liquor License Transfer: (continued) Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. Selectman Leveille absent. Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the application of Fidde Corporation d/b/a The Boathouse, Edmund Richardi, Manager, for a transfer of Annual All Alcohol Restaurant License from DCMD, Inc. d/b/a Carbo's Grille&Bar. Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. Selectman Leveille absent. Transfer Station Policy, Procedures, &Fees: The above referenced agenda topic was deferred at this time. Waterways Commission—Mashpee River Dredging Update: r Jim Hanks, Waterways Commission Chairman discussed the overview of the Mashpee River dredging project. New requirements, additional work and financial considerations were reviewed. Additional work associated to design and permitting issues amount to $27,040. Funding is contained within the project scope. It is the recommendation of the Waterways Commission to proceed with the project as outlined in the update of October 15, 2001. Motion made by Selectman Leveille to continue to support the Mashpee River Dredging Project and authorize the additional expenditure of$27,040 for said purpose. Motion seconded by Selectman Green. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
